I recently went for a new muffler. The service advisor, Kyle (I believe) briefed me on the parts that I required. Since they were not in stock, he ordered them and told me they should be in the next day, probably in the PM. I got a call at 0900 to inform me that the parts were in. I drove back to Benson. In 45 minutes I got an update as to how the work was proceeding, and that my car, when ready, would be washed. I want to commend Kyle and all the staff on their customer- oriented approach. All the interactions were most pleasant, polite and informative. I did not expect that kind of personal attention from a garage. Keep up the good work; and may you enjoy continued success in your long history in Cornwall.
The staff on Pitt Street are definitely 5 stars. They are honest, experienced and do their very best to get you on the road again.
